Modular structure

Six freely selectable module slots

Integral is a modular system built around a powerful processor board. The I/O mix and fieldbus communication interfaces can be defined project by project with selectable Integral modules.

  • The same processor can be adapted to different sites with module choices
  • Modules can be changed and added as requirements evolve
  • Only the needed I/O and bus interfaces are selected for the configuration

Choose modules for the site

The illustration shows how different modules can be placed freely into the Integral processor module slots.

Integral modules

A powerful processor with selectable I/O and bus modules

With modules, each processor can be configured for the exact site requirements. The same device can combine analog and digital I/O points, M-Bus meters, RS485 buses and USB-C connections.

Universal I/O module

The module can connect up to eight analog or sixteen digital input or output signals. The same module can include both analog and digital signals.

IM-MBUS20 M-Bus module

IM-MBUS20

M-Bus module

Designed for connecting M-Bus devices to the Integral processor. Up to twenty M-Bus devices can be connected to one module.

IM-RS485 Two RS485 buses

IM-RS485

Two RS485 buses

The module can connect devices such as Modbus RTU devices with different communication speeds to the Integral processor.

IM-USB-4C Four USB-C connections

IM-USB-4C

Four USB-C connections

The USB-C module adds four USB-C connections for different device and system interfaces.

Designed for flexibility

One device for local operation, remote connections and integrations

The processor board handles control, data processing and system management. Ethernet, 4G and touchscreen options make the device suitable for local operation, building automation integrations and cloud connections.

Practical benefits

Fewer separate devices, more control

01

Fewer devices

One processor can replace several separate controllers and gateway devices.

02

Fully scalable

The same product works in small properties and demanding industrial sites.

03

Project-specific optimization

The configuration includes only what is needed, without unnecessary features.

04

Faster commissioning

An optimized configuration reduces installation and configuration work.

05

Future-ready

Modules can be changed and added as requirements change.

Actiweb software

Modern browser-based operation

Integral works with Actiweb software. The browser-based interface can be used on different devices without separate installations, which simplifies local operation, remote monitoring and maintenance.

  • Building automation, HVAC, energy management and lighting
  • Industrial process control
  • Remote monitoring and IoT solutions
  • Distributed systems that require flexibility
