Fire damper reliability is a critical part of building safety. We deliver the system according to the customer's technical requirements, use case and brand without compromising usability.
The solution works independently or as part of a wider building automation system. Browser-based operation, local use and remote access make monitoring straightforward from any location.

Installation and commissioning
I/O modules can be distributed flexibly according to site needs, from individual points to broader systems. Cabinet solutions scale according to the number and location of fire dampers, enabling cost-effective implementation and optimized installation and cabling. The result is a clearer, more flexible and easier-to-maintain system.

Expandable solution
The solution is a flexible building technology control and monitoring system. In addition to fire dampers, it can connect other devices, measurements and automation functions.
The same system can provide a centralized view for fire safety, ventilation control, condition measurements and consumption data.
The thermal fuse trips and actuator voltage is cut off.
The damper cannot close normally even though it should.
Current monitoring identifies the exception and raises an alarm.
Exception detection
The system monitors the current consumed by the fire damper actuator. This makes it possible to detect exceptional states even when limit switch data alone is not enough.
If a fire damper is stuck open and cannot close normally, the system detects the abnormal actuator current and raises a reliable alarm.
Delivered projects
We have delivered more than 200 fire damper projects with over 10,000 fire dampers in total.
Integration between the fire damper control panel and building automation has been implemented either with bus communication (BACnet / Modbus) or with I/O connections between the automation controller and the fire damper control panel.
Each project delivery includes commissioning, so the customer receives the site as a turnkey handover. The delivery also includes a test report showing the operation of every fire damper.
